Swan Transport Survey Comments 2022
Comments from our clients from our most recent survey include:
* I have a sick car and cannot afford to replace it, so when it finally dies, I now know Swan will be able to assist me. Being on my own “online” shopping is a non-starter. So even a trip to local supermarket would make such a difference.
* Just having someone different to talk to for a hour whilst going shopping would be so nice.
* It’s just nice to have a chat with somebody that you do not see very often.
* Knowing Swan is there when I need it makes me feel more independent.
* I do not have to worry about how to get to my destination.
* I used Swan for transport to the Carers Centre when my friend was out of action. I found it very helpful and couldn’t get there without Swan.
* I don’t drive and am too unwell to access and use public transport. This adds extra challenges and worry so Swan Transport is much valued and appreciated. Glad that drivers are friendly and helpful.

* My husband used to do hospital runs, so stress was taken, worry about parking etc. When he died, loads of worry about everything. But has taken a lot of worry away if I have hospital visits been using this service since he died over the last seven years. PLEASE KEEP this going EXCELLENT SERVICE, staff, drivers, all so polite, helpful 😊
* I have been so grateful to Swan – to be able to obtain a reliable driver and their vehicle, so as to reach an out of the-way medical centre or hospital appointment when I am in some way, incapacitated. To know I will be waited for and carried home again after a medical procedure is such a bonus, eliminating a great deal of anxiety experienced at these times.
* I particularly enjoy the monthly coffee mornings when I can get to talk with the receptionists and the drivers as well as get to know other people who also travel with Swan.
* Its peace of mind. Its meeting people, chatting and engaging with people of all ages.
* I have a number of health issues (I am 75 now) so I have hospital appointments a taxi is £70 to the Royal. I am aware of being lonely but a great chat with most of the drivers, and consideration they don’t just dump you!!!
* Just keep up the friendly and cheerful banter.
* Think in my experience over seven years doing well no faults. On time, reliable.
